1. No affiliation with Robinhood Markets
robinhoood.xyz is an independent, community-built project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Robinhood” and related marks are trademarks of Robinhood Markets, Inc. References to “Robinhood Chain” describe the public, permissionless blockchain network this project deploys on — nothing more. The project name refers to the folk legend of Robin Hood.
2. Nothing here is financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Outlaw NFTs are digital collectibles for use within this project. They are offered with no promise of profit, income, or appreciation, no roadmap guarantees, and no expectation that anyone’s efforts will increase their value. Do not buy them as an investment.
3. Testnet items have no value
Anything under /testnet runs on the Robinhood Chain testnet. Testnet ETH and testnet NFTs are worthless by design, exist only for testing, and may be reset, redeployed, or abandoned at any time without notice.
4. Blockchain risks
Smart contracts are experimental software. Despite testing, they may contain bugs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: a transaction sent to the wrong address, with the wrong amount, or interacting with a flawed contract cannot be undone. Networks may congest, fork, reorganize, or halt. You interact with the chain at your own risk.
5. Your wallet, your keys, your responsibility
This project is non-custodial. We never hold your funds, never see your private keys, and cannot recover them. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and for every transaction you sign. No one from this project will ever ask for your seed phrase.
6. Eligibility and local law
By using this site you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that using it does not violate the laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local rules, including any tax obligations arising from acquiring, holding, or transferring digital assets.
7. License
The pixel art of each Outlaw is generated and stored on-chain. The holder of an Outlaw token receives a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce the art of that token for as long as they hold it. The site and contract code are provided under their respective open-source licenses.
8. No warranties, limited liability
The site, contracts, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any loss — including lost funds, lost profits, or lost data — arising from your use of the site or the contracts.
9. Privacy
This site collects no personal data, sets no tracking cookies, and runs no analytics. Wallet addresses and transactions are public information on the blockchain by its nature. Third-party services you choose to use (wallets, RPC providers, explorers, faucets) have their own terms and privacy practices.
10. Changes
These notices may be updated as the project evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notices.
